As this group of enthusiasts have (since 2005) been actively engaged in trying to “keep” the internet clean, clear AND SAFE (if that’s possible) !!! For all of us other users – all around the world – whom would “LIKE” to believe that we can surf (un_restrained) anywhere around the internet;
Without having to always be on our highest gaurd … against all of those “really” nasty people (you know the one’s) being the hackers, phishing scammers and other “criminally minded” out there – whom are ONLY in existance, for one reason and one reason only ..!!!
That of aggressively trying to “rip_us_all_off” (at every twist and turn).

That I 1st "coined" from quickly fixed (or as a quick fix = QUIX),

Which was something a Neighbour had said to me..?
After I had "hand_made" an item for him (circa 1965),
When he'd come to me - in desperation, (I WAS JUST 12),
As he knew- I was good at making "things_work"
Without the correct parts, or instruction manuals.
He couldn't SOURCE a replacement agricultural "part"
